David Towe
Chief Creativity Officer
David brings unparalleled vision and innovation to his role as Chief Creativity Officer at D&R. He started in the “green” industry in high school mowing grass and continued maintaining the business while attending TCU, where he pursued a degree in accounting. After working at a regional accounting firm for a few years, he returned to the business to grow it full time.
David has three small children, Charlie, Maddie, and Claire, who keep him busy. He enjoys skating with his oldest, family trips to Broken Bow, and watching his Horned Frogs in all sports.
One of David’s greatest passions is running his small business with a core competency in sprinklers and all things technical. Training technicians and improving the client experience has been a major focus.
As the business has evolved incorporating designs, hardscape, and landscapes into the services has added a significant element of creativity and fulfillment for him.
Kevin Scott
Project Manager
Kevin Scott is a seasoned Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in the outdoor construction industry. He specializes in overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations. Kevin also has a thorough understanding of complex sprinkler systems, including water hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and 2-wire systems for industrial-scale sprinklers, making him an expert in managing specialized infrastructure projects.
Kevin joined D&R in 2020 during the COVID pandemic. His dedication to sharing his wealth of knowledge with younger sprinkler technicians has been instrumental in fostering the company’s growth and enhancing its expertise.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. During the summer, he loves relaxing on the lake whether he’s fishing or doing water sports creating cherished memories with family and friends. Kevin is also an active member of the church, contributing his time and energy to his community.
